One of the things I have always loved about B.T.H. products is what you read on the ingredients is what you get. I personally love the uniqueness of the Fatalii pepper, one of the most under used peppers in hot sauce. The unique flavor of the fatallii shines in the sauce. The smoked habanero adds just the right touch to round out the the other the flavors. Pairs well with about everything, Becoming one of favorites in the B.H.T. line
