    Born to Hula steps out of its expertise on this one. BTH is best at taking very hot peppers and adding ingredients to make it bearable. They are #1. Here they are competing in the relatively mild cayenne arena. I appreciate the lower sodium content than other cayenne products they are competing against.

    I'm considered a lightweight when it comes to hot sauce, but this one is my favorite. Just the right level of heat I like. I love it on scrabbled eggs and french fries. Its bright robust color speaks to its flavor and freshness.

    Delicious hot sauce with a mild heat. No better way to start the day than with some scrambled eggs drenched in this stuff!
